Tassel

Make a tassel.  I used 2 colors of yarn, purple and pearl gray and this method demonstrated by KnittingsbyJudy, but I wrapped a lot more yarn around the cardboard to make it thicker.  Attach tassel in the center of the purple hat crown.

HAPPY HOOKING!
