Sew on the pearls and the hair comb.

Here is a good way to store the veil until the big day.  This method will keep creases from forming in the veil and also helps to block it.

Get a long tube, like from a roll of wrapping paper, and a sheet of acid-free tissue paper.  Lay the tube on one end of the tissue and then lay the veil on top of the paper.

Roll the tissue around the tube and then roll the veil up along with it.

Put rubber bands on the end to hold it in place.

  3. I have two granddaughters that are young(2yrs,7months). I am going to make them this veil and put it away until they get older and have their mothers give it to them when they are older and ready to get married.(if I'm not around for the occasion). hopefully they will appreciate what I have done for them. Thank you very much for the unique pattern. You are very talented.

    1. Try blocking it. Wet it down, then stretch it over a towel and let it dry. If this doesn't help you can add more rows.
